Proposal for Contract

At the Rocky Mountain Superchargers (RMS) we’ve named 2011 the “Year of the Fan.”  To make it happen, we put together just the exciting drag race program needed to bring crowds of fans to your event. 

We’ll provide all the action, the thunderous power, the color, and the chrome that will have those fans talking about the Rocky Mountain Superchargers long after your race has ended.  And . . . .

We make hosting your headline event seamless. Rocky Mountain Superchargers provides a plug and play show – we even take care of the pre-race publicity. Yes, that includes commercial broadcast advertising courtesy of our series sponsor: AMP Graphics.com.  And . . . .

Rocky Mountain Superchargers welcome guest racers, too, so qualified competitors who race with you regularly can mix it up with our RMS touring series racers. And . . . .

We bring you both the high pressure action of Pro/Supercharged racing and a separate group for Pro/Comp Eliminator.  Or . . . .

The Rocky Mountain Superchargers:

Pro/Comp Championship series presented by AMP Graphics.com. Open to all chassis/body types so that Altereds, rear and front engine dragster, “doorslammers,” and funny cars can compete. Indexed at 7.90, this Eliminator will feature a higher concentration of Pro/Mod and Pro/Street type cars with the emphasis on supercharging and some wild wheelstands.

Pro/Supercharged All Stars. All supercharged, injected, methanol burners in a variety of car types: Funny Cars, Altereds, Pro/Mods, wheelstanding doorslammers, Street Roadsters, front and rear engine dragsters-all are welcome. Qualified on a 7.50 index these faster cars put on a terrifc heads up show with long, smoky burnouts their hallmark.

Special Events. Match races and Chicago style Eliminators are available to meet your special event needs.

Pre – Race Displays. RMS will coordinate and schedule pre-race displays in your market area.  We work with you, so if you have a particular site at which you want to publicize your event, we’ll arrange it.

PowerPasses. Our series sponsor, AMP Graphics.com, provides us with beautifully printed PowerPasses which we will supply to local sponsors and dignitaries to encourage attendance.  Each PowerPass entitles the bearer to such special discounts or other benefits as you direct. You control the value of the PowerPass for your event.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! We also build the buzz with carefully timed broadcast advertising, professionally produced. The advertising is provided by AMP Graphics.com.

Media Availabilities.  Our experienced public relations staff will provide pre-race press releases and interview opportunities to support your event.  

No Bye Runs. The RMS “no break” rule provides the fast loser from the previous round will be reinstated to replace any car unable to make the call. The rule applies in every round – even the final.

The RMS Racemaster will maintain the qualifying ladders, run order, lane choice, alternate reinstatement, and timely presentation of our racers to meet your schedule. (RMS pays the purse to the Pro/Supercharged field as well as the bonus awards to RMS members).

Announcer. Our RMS announcer is available to assist your announcing team or to take charge of those duties during the running of Pro/Supercharged and Pro/Comp Eliminators.

The Racetrack will:

Provide a designated Pit Area for RMS so that our competitors may pit together and have fan contact in the pits.

Allow free entry to our racers and crews.

Provide a four/tenths starting tree with deep staging permitted.

Pay the RMS fee.  RMS will pay the racers’ purse and provide pre-event publicity.
